Technical Training eLearning Developer
Location:
Auburn Hills, MI Long-term Contract Pay Rate:
$34-$36/hr
Responsibilities Develop automotive technical training curriculum, including instructor-led training, e-learning, microlearning, and job aids/quick reference guides. Create comprehensive storyboards and video scripts for learning content. Design engaging course elements incorporating graphics, audio, and video. Transform technical content into impactful and interactive learning experiences. Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging learning technologies; recommend innovative approaches to enhance the learning experience and drive performance improvement. Requirements
Education & Experience:
Minimum 2-year associate's degree in Organizational Development, Automotive, or a related technical field. 2+ years of relevant instructional design experience (required). Portfolio or sample works demonstrating e-learning or printed instructional materials (required). Technical Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Articulate 360, including complex states, JavaScript, triggers, variables, and layers (required). Experience building highly interactive and engaging e-learning courses (required). Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript for customizing digital learning experiences. Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (preferred). Other Skills:
Strong instructional writing skills, including audio/video script development. Excellent project management, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment. Knowledge of automotive components and systems (preferred). Work Environment
