Senior Project Engineer Reflection Window Company LLC - Gather, analyze + summarize info + trends to dvlp project reports, optimize equip perfmnce & cntrl costs; dvlp project proposals + estimates based on engg stds, mats, equip, expenses + prjct objectives; have knowl + exp using tech softw such as Bluebeam, Autodesk Build, Netsuite or AutoCAD, to work w/ archl drawings + provide detailed cost estimates; dvlp & perform tests to eval prod performance + initiate approp corrective actions; estab + maintain communication w/ genl contractors + subcontractors thruout project process to understand & complete scope of work; manage online portals to receive & review construction plans & specs; set up cost monitoring & reporting syss & procedures; attend wkly meetings w/ project mgmt on budget & time forecasts, value engg, bid mgmt & specification improvement; prepare + submit requests for info (RFI) & change orders to dvlpr(s), genl contractor(s); attend corp tradeshows & networking events to gain presence in industry + seeking new opptys; train & work w/ other Project Engrs to ensure co. stds are maintained. Assist in documenting policies & procedures of dept; work w/ jobsite superintendent & foreman to monitor subcontractor performance as it rel to contract & ensuring quality workmanship.
