Overview
Logistics Coordinator (5PM - 1AM) at Unilever — Hellmann’s Plant. You will manage inbound and outbound logistics, optimize inventory accuracy, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure seamless factory operations.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all materials entering/exiting the factory on shift, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing
Execute multiple SAP transactions to track system inventory from material receipt to posting goods issued
Manage daily trailer movement across the site for packaging and finished goods using the Yard Management System
Support operations by coordinating material requests as needed by production and quality teams
Collaborate with the corporate transportation team to allocate unplanned shipments across the distribution center network
Drive logistics cost savings through FIFO processes and internal project execution
Validate carrier assessorial costs and reduce waste through continuous improvement initiatives
Improve goods receipt processes to enhance inventory accuracy and traceability
Required Skills & Qualifications
High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred
2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or factory operations
Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems (Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with Yard Management Systems
Technical analysis and spreadsheet investigation
Ability to identify and implement process improvements
Understanding of supply chain functions and performance metrics
Compensation & Benefits The pay range for this position is $58,200.00 to $87,400.00. Bonus eligible. LTI eligible. Benefits include health insurance, retirement savings, life insurance, disability benefits, parental leave, paid vacation and holidays, and access to voluntary benefits.
