ProSidian seeks a Technology/Artificial Intelligence (AI) /Cybersecurity Keynote/Guest Speaker for Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest Speaker) on an Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis. The contract is contingent and generally located across the CONUS - Texas (Remote W/ Travel or Virtual) across the South Central Region supporting an education-centered state organization that targets outcomes via leadership, instruction, training, and diverse, transparent, partnership-driven procurement practices. We seek Technology/Artificial Intelligence (AI) /Cybersecurity Speakers Bureau (Keynote/Guest) Speaker candidates with relevant education, and academia sector experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for education, and academia sector clients such as ESC1. This is a contract contingent or contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Technology And Innovation functional area/swim lane/category discipline professional - speakers bureau (keynote/guest speaker) position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a full-time ProSidian employed W-2 position. Provide services and support as a Technology/Artificial Intelligence (AI) /Cybersecurity Keynote/Guest Speaker in the education, and academia industry sector focusing on human capital solutions for clients such as Texas Education Agency (TEA) | Region One Education Service Center (ESC1) generally located in CONUS - Texas (Remote W/ Travel or Virtual) and across the South Central Region (of country/world). ProSidian speakers bureau delivers expert-led, purpose-driven keynote and guest speaking engagements that align strategic messaging with event objectivesempowering audiences through impactful communication by industry leaders, subject matter experts, and thought influencers across conferences, academic forums, corporate summits, and community events. Responsibilities and Duties
Provide targeted content and insights tailored to Technology/Artificial Intelligence (AI) /Cybersecurity topic areas while collaborating with a speakers bureau (keynote/guest) as part of a technology & innovation functional area/swim lane/category discipline. Deliver value by educating, inspiring, and energizing event participants. Often aligned with the event theme or goals to reinforce key messages. Technology/Artificial Intelligence (AI) /Cybersecurity speakers specialize in delivering compelling insights, stories, or strategies within their area of expertise. They engage audiences through education, motivation, and actionable guidance rooted in their field. Technology/Artificial speakers simplify complex ideas into meaningful narratives that inspire action and align with organizational values. Develop and deliver high-impact keynotes, adapt content to diverse audiences, and support event objectives through strategic storytelling. Qualifications
Desired qualifications for Technology/Artificial Intelligence (AI) /Cybersecurity Keynote/Guest Speaker: current or previous role aligned with technology & innovation activities driving qualifications as a Technology/Artificial Intelligence (AI) /Cybersecurity keynote speaker. Recognized expertise in the relevant subject area and prior speaking experience. Bachelor's degree minimum; advanced knowledge or credentials strongly preferred. Skills required: public speaking, topic mastery, adaptability, audience engagement, storytelling. Competencies required: innovation, clarity, cultural competence, influence, emotional intelligence. Ancillary details of the roles: may contribute to whitepapers, blogs, or event recaps post-engagement. Often participates in Q&A panels, breakout sessions, or team development activities.
