Overview
Analyst within Identity Access Management (IAM) team focused on the expansion of identity federation capabilities. They will be working with customers and the IAM team to set up federated environments with customers, allowing rapid access across and outside the enterprise. Responsibilities
Onboard third parties to federate, including working with partners to configure and test federations (SAML, WS-Federation) and OAuth/OpenID Connect, and schedule for Production deployment. Assist in designing, configuring, and testing new capabilities (e.g. JIT Provisioning, Identity as a Service, Social Media federation). Support and maintain Federation environments. Typical Day: Both individual work and collaborative efforts (e.g. helping onboard federation partners). Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 3+ years of progressively responsible IAM-related development and/or job-related experiences. Technical Skills
Required skills: Experience upgrading PingFederate software. Proficient in using and supporting PingFederate on Linux (minimum version 8.4.1 and later; PingFederate 9 preferred) to establish federations with customers. Deep understanding of web protocols, authentication, federation, tokens, IAM standards. IAM support of cloud and mobile applications. Proficient in Unix, Windows, Excel, Remedy, Fiddler, Java. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Desired/Secondary Skills
Experience with JIT identity provisioning within PingFederate. Experience implementing Social Media connectors within PingFederate (e.g., Facebook, Google). Experience in implementing cloud solutions using PingOne. Experience with configuring Ping registration and authentication UIs. Experience with leveraging Ping APIs for automating management. Note: A federated identity in information technology links a persons electronic identity and attributes stored across multiple distinct identity management systems. Related to federated identity is single sign-on (SSO), which enables a user to be authenticated once across multiple IT systems or organizations. SSO is a subset of federated identity management as it relates to authentication and technical interoperability. Skills

The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment.
