We are seeking a
Senior Customer Success Manager (Sr. CSM covering the West, CO-CA)
to drive long-term customer success, retention, and expansion across our client base. As a Sr. CSM, you will manage strategic client relationships, mentor junior team members, contribute to process improvements, and shape UVeye's overall Customer Success strategy. Success in this role requires delivering measurable ROI, consulting on best practices, and driving adoption. Responsibilities Strategic Customer Management Serve as a trusted advisor, fostering deep, value-driven relationships to maximize engagement and long-term retention. Training & Enablement Educate customers on integrating UVeye into their workflows for seamless adoption and utilization. ROI & Value Delivery Demonstrate measurable ROI by advising on business improvements and leveraging UVeye solutions. Thought Leadership Provide insights on best practices, industry trends, and data-driven recommendations to optimize performance. Proactive Problem Solving Identify challenges and opportunities to maximize impact of UVeye solutions. Expansion & Upsell Strategy Drive growth by identifying opportunities for additional UVeye products and services. Data-Driven Insights Analyze account performance and usage to guide customers toward objectives. Mentorship & Leadership Support junior CSMs with guidance and best practices in complex scenarios. Process Improvement Refine Customer Success processes and contribute to internal initiatives. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
5+ years in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Strategic Consulting role, preferably in a SaaS environment. Proven ability to drive retention, renewals, and upsell expansion. Experience managing high-value, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders. Strong consultative and strategic thinking skills; translate customer needs into impactful solutions. Commercial acumen with a data-driven approach to customer success. Ability to lead by example and support the development of junior CSMs. Superior organization, prioritization, and attention to detail. Technical proficiency with CRM, dashboards, and analytics tools. Travel Willingness to travel domestically up to 50% of the time. Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.

Compensation
UVeye provides salary ranges that comply with salary transparency laws. Actual salaries depend on factors such as experience and location. The annual base salary range for this position is $95,000 $110,000, plus eligibility for a Bonus. Why UVeye
