The Research and Development Sciences (RaDS) value team in R&D IT brings together product management, engineering, and data science expertise to enable data and technology products and services that accelerate our scientists' ability to discover and develop innovative medicines that change the course of human health. Our IT team operates as a business partner proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organizational capabilities. We collaborate internationally to deliver the services and solutions that help everyone to be more productive and enable innovation and advance the drug discovery and development pipeline. Quality Engineering Lead is responsible of identifying testing coverage (testing types) depending on requirements and development approach. A QE Lead (QEL) will be involved in the agile teams understanding the testing scope, providing guidance and deliverables in terms of testing strategy, plan, and CI/CD test type injection. A QE Lead is responsible of CI/CD automation tool integration, enforcing automation test development best practices as well as it will be responsible for script peer review process, test artifacts creation, defects, and test management. A QE Lead will enforce and verify QE quality floors for each testing type executed through CI/CD pipeline are met, to confirm software quality is achieved in each one of the CI/CD phases. Primary Responsibilities

Align to Quality Engineering standards in implementing quality engineering capabilities for continuous testing in CI/CD pipeline Working with the QE team through all the aspects of Quality Engineering including Test planning, Estimating, Test designing, Test Automation, Test execution, and Defining & Tracking Quality metrics to ensure quality goals are met Ensure test automation to be injected in CI/CD pipeline Verify Test Execution results of CI/CD pipeline execution to confirm quality gate criteria has been met Collection of the project documentation necessary to complete estimates and schedules Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Business analysts, Architects, Developers & DevOps) on a commonly agreed process leading to higher Quality deliverables Establishing and evolving solid QE processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices Drive continuous test code improvements to minimize automated test rework during rapid agile deliveries Advocate for development teams and vendors by advising on best application coding practices to ensure sustainable automated testing Drive the test automation framework development for UI & API components and enable the team to embrace it Optimize Tosca/Robot Framework design of the test cases Primary responsibility is to develop any custom codes needed by automation tool framework Required Experience and Skills

Must Haves: 3+ years' experience in leading a team by providing clear instructions for script development, test data management and automation best practices 2+ years' experience in model-based automation tools such as TOSCA, Worksoft, etc. 3+ years' experience in Java, Selenium WebDriver & Cucumber frameworks, database testing 2+ years' experience in API and mobile testing 3+ years' technical experience in code development language such as Java, JavaScript, C++, and Groovy. with experience in Robot Framework 2+ years' experience in Quality Engineering principles for quality controls by test type injection in a CI/CD pipeline 3+ years' experience in testing deliverables (test strategy, plan, RTM, etc.) and test management tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, VersionOne, Rally, etc. 1+ years' experience with performance testing tools such as Performance Center and JMeter Nice to Haves: Experience in CI/CD DevOps implementation and integration by maintaining code repository and build Jenkins jobs for CI/CD process. AWS and Jenkins development background Experience with Robot Framework and TOSCA for automation tools Experience with Performance testing tools such as Performance Center (loadrunner) and JMeter Our Offer
