Student Management System (SIS) Administrator . In this role, you will support and maintain the districts Student Information System (Infinite Campus), ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent service to administrators, teachers, and staff. Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for the districts

Student Management System (Infinite Campus). Troubleshoot issues such as user access, permissions, scheduling, and attendance. Process and manage reports and job requests from school district personnel. Maintain and manage

Student Management System databases (SQL) . Assist with the submission and processing of district data. Audit data input/output for accuracy and prepare reports for delivery. Monitor and update SIS-related web content. Use software tools such as

Microsoft Office 365, SQL, Tableau , and other district applications to support operations. Collaborate with district staff, IT colleagues, and vendors to resolve issues. Perform additional duties as assigned to support system performance and district needs. Qualifications

Previous experience with Infinite Campus (required). Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications. Knowledge of SQL databases and Tableau. Prior work experience in K-12 education (required). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes consistently. Experience in a customer service or support center environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent software updates. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
