This position will report into the Senior EHS Manager and will lead the implementation of the OSHA Process Safety Management Program. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience within Process Safety and has the ability to explain and articulate PSM processes clearly. Job Description

The Process Safety Engineer - Chemical Manufacturing will be responsible for the following:

Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company's PSM program in alignment with regulatory requirements. Conduct process hazard analyses (PHAs), risk assessments, and management of change (MOC) reviews to identify and mitigate safety risks. Develop, update, and maintain process safety procedures, documentation, and training programs. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and maintenance teams to integrate process safety into daily operations and project planning. Monitor and track PSM compliance metrics, audits, and corrective actions. Lead investigations of process safety incidents, identify root causes, and ensure implementation of corrective/preventive measures. Support the design and implementation of engineering controls to improve process safety performance. Serve as subject matter expert for OSHA PSM standards and other applicable regulations, providing training and guidance to staff at all levels. The Successful Applicant

The ideal Process Safety Engineer - Chemical Manufacturing will have the following qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Safety Engineering, or related field. 3-7+ years of experience in process safety, preferably within chemical manufacturing or a related high-hazard industry. Strong working knowledge of OSHA 1910.119 PSM standards and industry best practices. Demonstrated experience conducting PHAs, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. Certification(s) in PSM, CSP, or CIH preferred, but not required. What's on Offer

The successful Process Safety Engineer - Chemical Manufacturing will be rewarded with the following:
