As a Global Project & Process Improvement Manager, you'll be part of our Purchased Components Global Supply Management team as an onsite employee. The role will include the standardization of key procurement processes within the greater Purchased Component team and the management/implementation of key strategic procurement initiatives and projects. You'll get to: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements. Support SteerCo Reporting. Identify inefficiencies in procurement processes, recommend and implement improvements through process mapping, root cause analysis, and lean methodologies. Streamline workflows and automate processes where possible using procurement tools & systems. Serve as the primary liaison and trusted advisor for all trade compliance matters. Collaborate with leadership to define the scope, objectives, and timeline for strategic project initiatives. Develop and execute communication plans and regularly provide updates to stakeholders on key strategic process and strategic initiatives roll outs. Develop detailed plans outlining key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies across cross functional groups. Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies and drive continuous improvement initiatives through cross functional stakeholder alignment. Follows standardized Program Management guidelines and templates to ensure robust project plans and maintains documentation as required. Enhance key performance indicator (KPI) tracking through process standardization and automation where possible. Enhance key performance indicator (KPI) delivery though capability building efforts engaging departments like COE, Product Platforming, SVC, etc. The Person: Qualifications

You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You're not intimidated by innovation. You also have: Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally with a focus on large-scale business transitions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address potential challenges during the transfer process. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate collaboration across teams. Proficiency in project management tools and data analysis techniques to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement. Ability to effectively lead meetings, set agenda, document minutes, and monitor/track key deliverables. The Details: Compensation & Benefits
