Job Description
The Registered Nurse utilizes the knowledge basis of nursing education and experience to deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital policies, procedures, and protocols. The RN responds to life-threatening situations with appropriate nursing interventions, organizing care delivery by prioritizing, delegating, evaluating, and communicating with necessary providers and leaders on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate knowledge and appropriate use of the Nursing Process for patients across all age groups including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics. Document thoroughly as care is delivered, following regulatory and hospital requirements. Assume responsibility for clinical competencies and professional development of self and others. Practice in a clinical environment through application of theoretical knowledge and practical skills. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current RN licensure in the state of Idaho. Current BLS certification required. ACLS within 12 months of hire. 1 year of charge experience preferred. Experience with patient ratios of 5-6-7. Previous experience with electronic medical records, preferably Epic. Why ARMStaffing?
