In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out for assistance, and your primary responsibility will be to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. Provide detailed information about products and services to customers. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of inquiries and resolutions. Assist customers with order placements, tracking, and returns. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus. Proven experience in customer service or a related role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and maintain composure in high-pressure situations. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
