Base pay range
$95.00/hr - $105.00/hr Title : PLM Program Manager Locations : Livermore, CA Duration : 12+ months contract Pay rate : $95 to $105/hr on W2 Duties & Responsibilities: Manage a team of PLM program managers responsible for the companys Enovia PLM system. Oversee system administration, support, and continuous improvements, including: Data migration and mapping Bug resolution and system enhancements Major upgrades and performance monitoring Define priorities for PLM development by aligning with stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet business needs. Provide program management and business system analysis support for company-wide projects impacting PLM. Collaborate with IT and third-party vendors to maintain system uptime and performance. Lead assigned PLM-related projects, covering requirements definition, process alignment, development, testing, and deployment. Preferred Qualifications: Proven hands-on project management experience with strong technical expertise in PLM systems. Functional knowledge of Engineering Change Management, Issue Reporting, and Engineering processes. Experience with Dassault Enovia PLM, Technia TVC overlay, and JIRA for software development management. Proficiency in analytics, queries, and reporting, with exposure to SAP and PLM-related integrations. Familiarity with Qlik, Kinaxis, or other operational systems (preferred). Strong leadership skills with experience managing global, cross-functional teams (810+ members). Knowledge of product/BOM structures, configuration management, change control, and engineering/manufacturing business processes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage both business stakeholders and technical teams. Ability to present effectively at peer and executive levels. Collaborative, results-oriented leadership style with strong problem-solving abilities.
