Daily Property Adjuster

to manage residential and commercial property claims in the

Virginia Beach, VA

area. This is a field-based role with steady claim assignments, flexible scheduling, and strong internal support. Key Responsibilities: Conduct on-site inspections to evaluate property damage

Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate software

Document findings with detailed photos and clear reports

Communicate professionally with policyholders and carriers

Submit completed claim files in a timely and organized manner

Requirements: Proficient in Xactimate

Strong knowledge of property damage assessment and repair

Excellent communication and time management skills

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Virginia or designated home state adjuster license

Preferred:

2+ years of property adjusting experience
