Job Description:
As a member of the Customer Integration team, you will have responsibilities for supporting fielded product and assessing new applications of the Allison family of products. Assignments will cover programs featuring conventional and electrified products for commercial and US wheeled Defense vehicle programs. You will be a lead subject matter expert in the performance, operation, and calibration of Allison products. The scope of your projects will be jointly developed with department management and tracked in accordance with key metrics and milestones. Throughout the integration process, collaboration with internal and external customers and suppliers will be essential.
Responsibilities:
Leverage strong knowledge of customer platforms, Allison products and organizational capabilities to lead the assessment of technical program requirements and supporting solutions
Use Allison developed software to develop vehicle predictive performance
Work directly with internal and external customers to develop and execute to project plans
Travel as required to complete installation reviews, calibration development, and perform product tests
Independently create, optimize, and validate product calibrations
Diagnose and address product findings and drive the development of corrective action recommendations
Communicate customer design direction and changes to the ATI engineering and business teams
Lead the integration of ATI's product programs at the customer's site
Support Allison field service through diagnosis and resolution of end customer issues
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent program
Proficient in English oral and written business communication
Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
5+ years of relevant industry experience
Strong analytical capabilities and knowledge of drive-train relevant mechanical and electrical systems
Ability to generate clear and concise formal presentations to communicate technical issues to varied audiences
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Strong organizational skills
