Travel Job Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Level I Trauma Emergency Department position requiring recent Epic experience and certification in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Responsibilities
Work in a 74-bed Level I Trauma Emergency Department Patient ratios are 1:4 in the ED Night shift position from 19:00 to 07:30 Must be willing to float as needed Venipuncture and IV starts are required skills Use of Epic EMR system with recent (within the past year) experience required No on-call responsibilities Black scrubs are required for the shift Maximum of 7 days of requested time off (RTO); no RTO allowed in the first two weeks of assignment No block scheduling is permitted; only case-by-case exceptions for block schedules Applicants residing within 40 miles will be considered local and receive the local pay rate Requirements
Active RN license required Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA or AHA RQI only) required Recent Epic EMR experience within the last year must be listed on resume Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing Copy of driver's license and full Social Security number required for consideration Benefits
