Description

2026 Marketing and Content Creation Internship Opportunities

The National Sports Center (NSC) is hiring four marketing interns for the summer of 2026. These positions include Graphic Design, Content Creation, and Partnerships and Media Relations.

Interns will assist in the marketing, research and promotion of major amateur sporting events and projects sponsored by the NSC. These include Target USA CUP soccer tournament, NSC All American Cup and other external bid events as well as promotion for facilities on campus and Victory Links Golf Course.

Each intern will have a primary area of expertise including graphic design, content creation, partnerships & media relations (please see next page for specifics); however, all interns will be exposed to various areas of content creation and marketing. The interns will focus on producing editorial content, growing brand identity and promoting NSC partners, sponsors, tournaments and additional events. The ideal candidates are passionate about storytelling and sports development and are eager to learn about various methods of content production and digital marketing.

TIMING

Internships begin May 12, 2026. All internships are a paid bi-weekly stipend. During the summer, hours are 40+ per week. Interns should be flexible with time, as many positions require event work in evenings and weekends.

Interns MUST be available to work June 5-7, June 13, and July 9-18, 2025.

The last day of the internship will be July 24, 2026 with possibility of extension through the end of August. All positions are available for course credit as approved by your institution.

APPLICATION

Only those who submit a cover letter and resume will be considered for the position. Deadline for application submission will be December 31, 2025. Candidates will be asked to attend an in-person interview at the National Sports Center in the beginning of January. If alternative interview dates or methods are needed, those can be requested.

Interns have the opportunity to stay in our on-campus dormitory housing during their summer internship.
