Bonus skills (not required but strongly valued):

Spanish-speaking ability

Experience creating or managing social media content

Responsibilities:

Your daily work will include a mix of patient interaction, office management, and support for the doctor. Tasks include (but are not limited to):

Greeting every patient by name and making them feel welcome

Checking patients in and out with warmth and professionalism

Giving office tours to new patients, reviewing health history, and building genuine connections

Preparing and organizing new patient intake forms prior to their first visit

Checking and returning voicemails, calling new patient leads, and following up with missed appointments

Inputting doctor recommendations into spreadsheets and preparing financial care plan presentations

Presenting and discussing financial care plans with patients

Completing Navinet insurance verifications

Scheduling patient visits and keeping the calendar accurate

Providing laser therapy sessions (training provided)

Completing daily cash deposits and supporting other office operations as needed

(Preferred) Assisting with social media presence and patient engagement

Requirements:

Strong communication skills (in person & phone)

High energy, positive, and kind — team chemistry matters

Thrives in fast-paced environments, able to multitask

Extremely detail-oriented and efficient — nothing slips through the cracks

Takes initiative, ownership, and shows leadership qualities

Open to ongoing coaching and growth
