The School of Public Health and Information Sciences is seeking a Community Liaison to support the Community Advisory Board (CAB) Development for the NOURISH KY project. In this a part-time role, they will work 15 hours per week, assisting research staff with various tasks such as facilitating the recruitment and onboarding of diverse CAB members; facilitating the building of relationships with community stakeholders to ensure ongoing community engagement and trust; and assisting with the development of culturally responsive materials for CAB communication and engagement specific to NOURISH and related project outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications Experience coordinating meetings and managing group dynamics.
Familiarity with the Louisville West End
Established relationships with community organizations working within project scope
Desired Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in public health, social work, communications, or a related field (Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in community engagement, coalition-building, or stakeholder relations.
Compensation will be commensurate to candidate experience.
