Sr. People Business Partner
This is a contract to hire opportunity. This is an onsite opportunity in Scottsdale, AZ. Join a dynamic team as a Senior People Business Partner and play a pivotal role in shaping organizational success. You'll collaborate closely with regional leaders to drive talent, performance, and culture initiativesall while bridging global strategies with local impact. Job Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager supporthandling relations, coaching, and performance guidance. Partner with regional leaders on talent planning, workforce development, and improving organizational effectiveness. Help design and roll out employee experience initiatives at key lifecycle touchpoints. Localize global HR programs to meet regional needs, in coordination with COEs and leadership. Ensure regional HR policies align with labor laws and best practices, and work with COEs on talent acquisition, compensation, and DEI strategies. Job Skills/Requirements Proven track record with 7+ years in HR business partnering, employee relations, and strategic partnership. Experience guiding leadership on both operational and strategic HR matters. Strong knowledge of local labor regulations and HR industry standards. Relationship-builder with the ability to influence at all levels. Data-minded, using HR metrics to inform regional strategy and change support.
