Glen Raven is recruiting for a Brand Activation Specialist. The Brand Activation Specialist focus will be to support Glen Raven brand activations, trade shows, brand/corporate communications and programs. This position will serve as a liaison to other departments such as Marketing and Sales in relationship to corporate trade show and events taking place in the US and abroad. The Brand Activation Specialist plays a critical role in bringing Glen Ravens brands to life through trade shows, corporate programs, and brand activations across the U.S. and abroad. This highly visible position requires an organized, adaptable, and proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. The Specialist must be able to balance multiple priorities with precision, while independently managing projects that drive meaningful impact for the organization. This role will oversee the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of brand activations, trade shows, meetings, seminars, and special projects across Glen Raven, Sunbrella, Trivantage, GlenGuard and Glen Raven Logistics, collaborating directly with suppliers and vendors to ensure flawless execution and brand consistency. Responsibilities

Independent Decision-Making:

Act as a trusted extension of the Brand Activation Manager, with the ability to make responsible, informed decisions without day-to-day supervision or 1:1 instruction. Business Integration:

Serve as the primary liaison between Brand Activation, Marketing, and Sales, providing direct support and accountability to business units on a daily basis. Project Ownership:

Lead end-to-end project management for assigned activations, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and brand standards are consistently met. Vendor & Supplier Partnerships:

Collaborate with external partners to deliver high-quality print and production outputs that align with brand standards. Trade show responsibilities

Manage and track all trade show deadlines Booking and contracting of booth space Work with Market Managers on booth layout and with the Design Group regarding booth fabric selections Work with internal Marketing Department and Creative Department on materials requirements and items needed Execute all fabrication, booth properties for shows and work directly with tradeshow exhibit house to implement booth design and execution and communicate any necessary changes to booth layout or properties Set shipping dates and work with the logistics team on shipment pick-up and delivery Coordinate and execute any extraneous activities related to shows including Glen Raven hosted customer events, sales meeting, plant tours, activities, etc. Handle invoices for tradeshow expenses and booth rental payments Track all show and meeting expenses and submit to Brand Activation Manager Meeting responsibilities

Facilitate planning with division or marketing managers prior to event to gather meeting objectives, requirements, attendee information, meeting space needs including any equipment needs Present RFPs to key managers for approval Research off-property restaurants and activity options Coordinate required items such as agendas, nametags, welcome packets, gifts, surveys, posters, etc. Other team administration responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Furniture and brand activation inventory management among all storage facilities with support from the Brand Activation Team Fabric orders with support from the Brand Activation Team Budget management with support from the Brand Activation Team Shipping management with support from the Brand Activation Team Run status meetings, take thorough and accurate notes, outline action items, work with internal/external partners to execute on-time and on-budget, exercise leadership from cross functional teams, manage project teams and project assignments Special projects as assigned based on workload, experience, and interest level Education & Experience

4 year degree (BA/BS) in Marketing or related field or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience coordinating tradeshows or event planning preferred Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Highly detailed oriented Excellent communication and verbal skills Motivated with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor Ability to work quickly and efficiently on several projects at one time Flexibility and problem-solving skills Ability to carry high degree of refinement, confidentiality and presentation to corporate leadership Up to 60% travel in car and plane Must be able to travel on evenings and weekends Why Glen Raven
