Preparing site plans, construction drawings & design documents Gathering and reviewing zoning ordinances, permit requirements, and applicable land development regulations Preparing land development permit applications and associated calculations and reports for stormwater, sanitary sewer, water service, flood hazard area, soil erosion, etc. Coordinating with regulatory review agencies, other design consultants, architects, etc. Requirements
Civil Engineering Degree, 212 years of civil engineering experience, PE or on track to obtain it AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency Equal Opportunity
