GOJET AIRLINES - TALENT ACQUISITION COORDINATOR
LOCATION - ST. LOUIS, MO (HDQ)
Position Summary
The GoJet Airlines' Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by ensuring an efficient, professional, and positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. This position is responsible for managing administrative processes within recruitment, maintaining applicant data, and assisting with projects that strengthen GoJet's talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities: Manage applicant flow through applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring candidate records are accurate and up to date. Monitor incoming applications, screen for completeness, and flag high-priority candidates for recruiter review. Handle principal candidate information to facilitate the review of Pilot fitness. Keep thorough, up-to-date, and accurate records on each candidate, ensuring compliance and consistency across all recruitment activities. Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process for new hire Pilots. Assist with onboarding tasks to ensure new hires transition smoothly from offer acceptance to first day. Manage department administrative tasks. Uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling candidate information and internal communications. Assist with recruitment events, such as career fairs, university visits, and industry conferences. Ensure proper and streamlined Pilot hiring process. Work closely with various departments, i.e., Training, Payroll, Flight Operations. Responsiveness with candidates during the initial onboarding experience to create a high-touch candidate experience. Act as a liaison with industry contacts, as required. QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. 1-2 years of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support. Previous Airline experience. Pilot recruitment experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Experience with ATS systems a plus. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team. BENEFITS:
