Industrial Control Technician

plays a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing control systems within industrial environments. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this role: Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and troubleshoot

control and instrumentation systems. Perform routine inspections

and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and repair faults

in complex control systems using specialized diagnostic equipment. Collaborate with engineering and production teams

to ensure smooth plant operations. Read and interpret

circuit diagrams, schematics, and blueprints. Calibrate equipment

to ensure accurate measurements and operations. Update and modify control systems

to improve efficiency and safety. Document all activities

for compliance and auditing purposes. Ensure compliance

with health and safety regulations. Provide technical assistance and training

to other team members. Qualifications: Education:

Associates degree in a relevant field such as Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical Engineering is preferred. Skills:

Proficiency in control theory, electrical and mechanical systems, and the ability to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams. Experience:

Hands-on experience with control systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Certifications:

Relevant certifications such as PLC, HVAC, or ISA may be required or preferred. Candidates are required to undergo a drug screening after receiving a conditional job offer, but before starting employment.
