Summary
Pediatrics - We are seeking a Senior Coordinator, Program Management. This position provides professional administrative support for a medical education program and plays a key role in ensuring its smooth operation. The role involves managing day-to-day tasks and resolving routine issues across various educational tracks, including undergraduate, graduate, residency, fellowship, clerkship, continuing medical education, or other College-affiliated programs.
Job Duties
Assists with the day-to-day operations of an education program. Coordinates the trainee recruitment process and on boards new trainees. Serves as a liaison for the education program with Undergraduate Medical Education (UME), Graduate Medical Education (GME), the Graduate School for Biomedical Sciences/the School of Health Professions/Student Affairs, internal departments, applicable external agencies, or trainees. Schedules or coordinates lectures, evaluations, meetings, rounds, exams, seminars, training rotations, electives or special electives, duty/call schedules, ceremonies, or events. Creates, monitors, and tracks documentation of training and educational activities; may assist with grade or evaluation collection and submission. Provides administrative support for the Program Directors (Fellowship/Residency) or other faculty, including maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, and preparing correspondence. May manage multiple education programs. Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED. Four years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work under pressure with multiple and competing deadlines required. Must be highly organized, with excellent communication and follow up skills. Ability to work as part of a team, with administrative, clinical research, and financial staff. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, NEW INNOVATIONS, ACGME WebADS.
