Our client is seeking to add a Commercial Auto/General Liability Claims Adjuster who can work remotely. Responsibilities include managing moderate to complex Commercial Auto and General Liability Claims across the United States. The role involves investigating claims via telephone, written correspondence, and/or personal contact with claimants, attorneys, insureds, witnesses, and others with pertinent information. This position is fully remote. Process assigned claims and determine benefits due pursuant to the client contract. Work proactively towards claims resolution with defense counsel and clients, adhering to audit requirements and resolving claims in a timely manner. Make timely claims payments and adjustments; communicate claim actions and processing updates with claimants and clients. Ensure claim files are properly documented and claims coding is accurate. Provide comprehensive analysis of coverage determinations. Prepare detailed reports, review, and respond to correspondence to facilitate settlement. Requirements
5+ years of experience handling Commercial Auto and General Liability claims. Active state adjuster's licenses in as many states as possible. Litigation experience is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Salary and Benefits
