Review and identify claims with subrogation potential Communicate subrogation needs and investigation strategies to front-line adjusters Collect and upload supporting documentation for subrogation Issue notices in accordance client requirements and state specific regulations Provide detailed updates on claim status Negotiate and settle workers compensation subrogation claims with attorneys, adverse carriers, or at fault parties Provide strategic recommendations to clients and their stakeholders Qualifications
1-3 years experience in General Liability, Personal Injury, Products Liability, or Workers Compensation Claims Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience Strong written and verbal skills Ability to work in fast paced environment with accuracy As the role grows, ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges and responsibilities Proficient with Microsoft Office and PDFs EEO/Minorities/Females/Vets/Disabilities Please be aware that EXL requires all employees to be vaccinated for COVID-19.
