In this key role, youll lead compliance efforts, manage third-party platforms, and collaborate with field teams to drive a consistent, proactive safety culture. What Youll Do

Develop and maintain safety programs aligned with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and customer requirements. Lead safety audits, site inspections, risk assessments, and compliance reporting. Design, implement, and manage safety training programs, including ISNetworld and Avetta requirements. Manage third-party compliance platforms and regulatory reporting (OSHA 300 logs, DOT filings). Track and report safety data and trends (TRIR, DART, training compliance). Lead investigations of incidents and near misses; conduct root cause analysis and corrective actions. Collaborate with the Safety Operations Manager to align field practices with company policies. Serve as the main point of contact for inspections, audits, and compliance issues. Represent safety in company meetings and support safety-related initiatives. Partner with HR and Operations leadership to promote a proactive safety culture. Skills & Experience Were Looking For

Minimum 5 years experience in safety compliance or industrial/field safety. Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOT, EPA regulations and safety management systems. Experience with platforms like ISNetworld or Avetta preferred. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Strong collaboration and cross-functional coordination abilities. Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or willingness to pursue certification required. Bachelors degree in occupational health and safety, environmental health, or related field preferred. Willingness to travel regionally (approx. 20%30%). Benefits
