Insight Global is seeking a dynamic Team Lead to oversee the Supply Chain Tech I and II teams at a healthcare facility. This individual will ensure operational compliance, prioritize workflow, and support efficient supply chain operations while providing hands-on assistance as needed. Key responsibilities include generating and analyzing reports, managing scheduling, reporting discrepancies or damaged goods to purchasing and vendors, and serving as a liaison to end u to resolve issues promptly. The role also encompasses receiving and inspecting shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating deliveries, and supporting equipment handling. Physical tasks such as lifting and transporting heavy items are required. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement and exceptional customer service across the hospital.
