We are a commercial flooring contractor based in Houston, TX, seeking an experienced Estimator to support our growing project pipeline. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive bids for commercial flooring projects across multiple sectors, including office, healthcare, retail, and industrial.

Responsibilities: Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents Perform takeoffs and calculate material, labor, and equipment costs Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing Prepare detailed and professional bid proposals Collaborate with project managers and sales team to ensure smooth handoff Regular job site attendance required Other duties as assigned Qualifications:
2+ years of estimating experience in commercial flooring or construction Proficient in Microsoft Excel Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., RFMS) Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple bids and meet deadlines
