Established company is fast growing and are looking to bring an Assembly Technician to join their team. Pay range: $20-22/hr. DOE.
Responsibilities:
Assemble parts or products using hand tools, power tools, or automated equipment. Follow detailed instructions, blueprints, or schematics to ensure accurate assembly. Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Report any issues or malfunctions to supervisors promptly. Assist with inventory tracking and material handling as needed. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times. Participate in training sessions to learn new assembly techniques and tools. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic math and measurement skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Willingness to learn and take direction. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 25 lbs].
