Compensation Pay Range:$56.35-$80.50/Hr
Description Work in a 78-bed general hospital. Provide couplet care and attend all deliveries. Handle low-risk antepartum cases and manage transition nursery. Occasionally float to Med/Surg or Senior Behavioral Health as helping hands without patient assignment. Rotate for 2-hour shifts when floating.
Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care in labor and delivery settings. Support mothers and newborns during postpartum recovery. Assist in the transition nursery and manage low-risk antepartum cases. Float to different departments as needed to provide additional support.
Qualifications Active CT RN License. Certification in NRP, ACLS, BLS, and Fetal Monitoring. 2 years of experience in Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP). Preferred: Certification in C-EFM and STABLE.
