We are seeking an experienced
Hospital Manager
with a leadership focus to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, compassionate leader with a passion for managing hospital operations while fostering a supportive and positive work culture. You will be responsible for ensuring that our hospital runs smoothly and efficiently, delivering exceptional care to our patients and a positive experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities: As
Hospital Manager , you will work alongside our Medical Director, collaborate with our doctors, and guide our support staff in a day-to-day capacity. This is a "hands-on" leadership role, where you'll be involved in all aspects of hospital operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and high-quality care for all animals.
Your responsibilities include:
Overseeing
customer service
and complaint resolution Managing
support staff
and facilitating team scheduling and training Overseeing
inventory management
and
budget management Leading marketing initiatives and safety protocols Monitoring
hospital flow
to maintain operational efficiency Providing assistance with front desk duties and phones, as needed Demonstrating flexibility and willingness to step in wherever needed Qualifications:
Previous experience in a
leadership role, preferably in a medical setting Strong
collaborative communication
and team-building skills Resilient and able to handle
emotional and challenging situations Budget management
experience is highly desired Proven track record in
team management
and
staff training Proficiency in
computer and office systems
(typing, email, etc.) Excellent
customer service
skills, especially with difficult clients Exotics experience
is a plus, but not required Our Benefits:
