Your Qualifications: Undergraduate or graduate degree in biosciences, chemistry, bioengineering, engineering, economics, or related fields. 3+ years of relevant work experience in consulting, project management, pricing, sales, or marketing. Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in healthcare consulting or functional roles in pricing or strategy. Strong analytical skills and experience in solving complex business problems. Solid understanding of marketing, pricing, and sales methodologies. Proficient in project management with the ability to handle multiple projects effectively. Excellent team collaboration and mentoring abilities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Willing to work in-office or on client sites 2-3 days per week within our hybrid model. The salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $155,000 annually, complemented by a performance-based annual bonus. Compensation may vary based on experience, skills, location, and business needs.
