Internship Overview
Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Operations Team! The Supply Chain Data Analytics Internship provides an exciting opportunity to assist the team with project support while providing valuable work experience related to your chosen field of study. Our paid internship program is known for having in-depth, challenging project work with cross-functional teams, as well as professional development, job shadowing and other growth opportunities.
Internship Projects and Responsibilities
Power of BI Catalog
Consolidate and streamline all reporting in Supply chain BI for most efficient experience for end users.
Power of BI Reporting
Create new and enhance existing Power BI reports
Leading Indicators for Day to Day decisions
Create a report that flags purchases under MOQ or not utilizing optimal price break purchasing strategy.
This will be a joint effort across Supply Chain and Procurement to ensure purchasing patterns done in the most optimal fashion, potential to reduce both costs and inventory levels.
Tap into open PO's and join with current quote prices
Competitor Analysis
Review Competition on all available platforms (financial, customer sentiment, brand presence, etc.)
Identify weaknesses we could target as well as strengths we can emulate
Real Time Commodity Usage
Configure reporting to allow us to understand our actual commodity usage in an efficient manner and allow us to more readily assess the impact of commodity pricing moves.

Requirements What We’re Looking For
Previous internship experience in relevant function
Pursuing a 4-year degree with preferred current standing of Junior/Senior level
Supply Chain Management or Data Analytics major preferred
Proficient computer skills Microsoft Office
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Strong communication skills (verbal, written and attention to detail)
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
