Thursday–Sunday, 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM Pay:
$18.50/hr + 10% shift premium
Join a leading pharmaceutical and medical device company where your work directly contributes to the production of life-saving products. We are seeking a motivated
Assembly Technician
to operate and maintain assembly equipment, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on our production floor.
What You’ll Do
Operate and monitor assembly equipment, following all safety and quality standards.
Verify components for accuracy and prevent mix-ups.
Perform quality checks using inspection tools.
Load and thread tubing, fill hoppers, and handle rework or scrap sorting.
Use handheld scanners for traceability and lot control.
Clear minor jams, adjust machinery, and assist in investigations when needed.
Package finished products and maintain supply levels.
Keep your work area safe and clean.
Support and train new team members.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required.
1+ year of machine operation or manufacturing experience (we are willing to train motivated candidates).
Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Basic computer and math skills; English proficiency required.
Ability to lift 25–65 lbs regularly; occasional lifts over 100 lbs with team assistance.
Familiarity with GMP/ISO standards; SAP experience is a plus.
