Our client is a third-generation, family-owned general contractor with a 75+ year legacy of building high-quality projects across Massachusetts. Job Description
Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating all project activities to ensure timely completion. Collaborate with the project team to track progress and manage project budgets and resources effectively. Maintain clear communication with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution. Review project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications, for accuracy and compliance. Support the project manager in addressing challenges and implementing solutions as they arise. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and maintain detailed reports on project status, milestones, and financial performance. Participate in on-site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly. The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Engineer/APM should have:
A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field. Experience in managing or supporting large-scale construction projects, preferably in wastewater or infrastructure. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle complex project requirements. Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
