Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this individual will will manage campaigns across multiple channels, optimize lead generation efforts, and work closely with sales and marketing teams to scale revenue.

What You'll Do:
In a high-impact and high-visibility role on the marketing team, the Director of Demand Generation will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our SaaS product. You'll lead a team of demand generation professionals and collaborate closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to create and execute multi-channel strategies to acquire, nurture, and convert leads.
You'll bring a combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution to create campaigns that impact our pipeline and accelerate our growth. This is a high-impact role requiring a mix of leadership, data-driven decision-making, and a deep understanding of B2B SaaS and enterprise demand generation best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies that drive qualified leads and conversions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, product marketing, and content) to align demand generation efforts with business goals. Manage and direct a team that oversees paid media campaigns (SEM, display, social), email marketing, and content marketing to maximize lead generation. Manage and optimize marketing automation tools and CRM integrations to ensure seamless lead nurturing and reporting. Develop, track, and report on key performance metrics, including MQLs, SQLs, CPL, and pipeline growth. Manage a demand generation budget and allocate spend across channels to maximize ROI. Drive strategic conversations and decisions that improve the growth of top of funnel metrics and pipeline generation. Create and manage account based marketing campaigns, collaborating with business development, sales and channel teams. Optimize our existing demand generation engine including inbound programs, campaigns, webinars, database marketing, and nurturing programs. Implement vertical and solution marketing approaches and execute on them to varying audiences including technical and business segments. Work with PPC vendor to build, execute, and optimize search campaigns. What You'll Need (Requirements)
8+ years of progressive experience in demand generation, with a focus on SaaS or B2B technology. 3+ years leading teams high performing teams and worked closely with an SDR and field sales organization to make them successful Proven track record of successfully running multi-channel lead generation campaigns that result in measurable pipeline growth. Drove measurable success in ABM program execution, supporting Enterprise-level B2B growth strategies. Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable insights. Deep understanding of the B2B buyer's journey and sales funnel stages. Leadership experience, with the ability to manage a team and collaborate across departments. Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Must be extremely tech savvy and comfortable using AI to better programs, and create efficiencies. BS/BA or equivalent experience required Preferred Qualifications:
