Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance tasks
Clean and sanitize restrooms, waiting areas, offices, and showroom floors
Sweep, mop, vacuum and trash removal throughout the facility
Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness
Monitor and restock supplies and report safety concerns
Assist with lot organization and vehicle presentation as needed
What we are looking for:
Prior maintenance and custodial experience required
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and be on your feet for an extended period of time
Valid driver's license
