My client is a well-established and stable organization with a nationwide presence. This particular facility specializes in silicone-based products used across diverse industries such as aerospace, automotive, retail, and transit. With a workforce of approximately 130 employees, the site is entering a dynamic growth phase, driven by new partnerships with major Fortune 500 companies, including Tesla, GE, and Boeing.
Job Description
Participate in enhancing the manufacturing process by conducting studies to identify issues, providing solutions or recommendations, and implementing corrective or preventive actions. Analyze defective products or processes to determine root causes and offer input on corrective and preventive measures to prevent future failures. Implement solutions to improve yield. Conduct internal and external audits on products and processes to ensure compliance with specifications. Review and approve various quality documents. Collaborate with other departments, suppliers, and customers to drive improvement activities and ensure products and processes meet or exceed customer expectations. Lead quality and customer complaint investigations to resolve quality issues and prevent their recurrence. Support the qualification of new products, processes, or equipment through data collection and analysis. Assist in maintaining quality systems standards.
