HealthCare Support is actively seeking a

Inpatient Hospice RN

to fill an opening with a

prestigious Hospice organization in Tennessee . Location - Nashville

Daily Responsibilities for Inpatient Hospice RN:

This Inpatient RN will provide nursing care to assigned patients using the nursing process and current standards of practice. Works with the IDT, patient, and family to create and implement a hospice care plan.

Schedule: 7:00am - 7:00pm or 7:00pm - 7:00am

Required Qualifications for Inpatient Hospice RN

:

Clear and active RN license in the state of TN 1+ year of experience in hospice, oncology, home health, ER, ICU, Med/Surg, LTC, and/or acute care Benefits for

Pay Details:

$31.79 - $36.94/hr + Shift Differentials
