Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00a till end of shift
Iron Mountain is looking for Class B CDL drivers who want more than just seat time - this is a hands-on, physical job with a clear path to growth. Our drivers are the face of Iron Mountain, serving hospitals, banks, colleges, and other customers on consistent routes. If you have true

and are ready for hard work with great benefits from day one, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Drive a 26-foot automatic truck with liftgate on assigned shred routes (not dock-to-dock).
Load your truck in the morning, deliver and service customer shred bins throughout the day (avg. 30 stops), and offload your truck in the evening.
Push, pull, squat, climb, and walk up to 7 miles per day while moving bins weighing 65-250 lbs.
Use a handheld Zebra scanner to track bins and manage route activity.
Provide excellent customer service, often working with the same customers on recurring stops (e.g., hospitals prefer the same driver).
Follow all safety and security procedures while representing Iron Mountain professionally.

route driving
preferred - comfort with busy city streets (Seattle downtown included) is a plus.
Strong work ethic and willingness to handle physical labor - this is
not
a sit-in-the-truck job.

Pay & Perks
$27-$30/hour
depending on experience.
Full health and dental benefits starting day one
.
401(k) with company match & employee stock purchase plan.
Paid time off: 2 weeks vacation, 7 holidays, sick pay.
Company-paid uniforms, safety gear, and ongoing training (2-8 weeks with a trainer).
Extras: employee raffles, taco bars, and other driver appreciation events.
