Era Living is seeking a on-call Community Health Nurse (LPN/RN) to become the newest member of our Community Health team in Seattle, WA. As part of our On-Call Nursing Pool, you must be available to work a minimum of 8 hours per month and may be called to work at any of our eight communities (Aljoya Mercer Island, Aljoya Thornton Place, Ida Culver House Broadview, The Gardens at Town Square, University House Issaquah, The Lakeshore, Ida Culver House Ravenna, and University House Wallingford.)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to provide resident and family education Ability to schedule tasks effectively to meet strict deadlines and within allotted time Ability to maintain resident confidentiality to assure all rights are protected Ability to read, write and communicate in English; Excellent interpersonal skills Computer proficiency Able and willing to travel locally Ability to pass DSHS background check, required Education and Experience:
Graduate of School of Nursing either as an LPN or RN Must be able to complete Modified Fundamentals of Caregiving Two years' experience working with older adults Able to provide skilled nursing tasks to older adults Must complete Caregiver Mental Health and Dementia specialty training Must have current CPR certificate Food Handler's Certificate or able to obtain within 14 days of hire
