We are seeking a Full Time or Part Time Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant to join us!

We are an established Private Home Health Company that treats Adult and Geriatric patients in their homes.

We are looking for Full Time or Part Time Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant candidates.

We are open: Monday - Friday: 8am - 5pm

We are closed on the weekends!

We are paying $40 - $60 per hour + Benefits!

Our Requirements are:

Arizona NP/PA License in good standing.

We prefer previous Home Health experience.

Recent Graduates are welcomed, we will train you!
