What You'll Do
Follow detailed work instructions, processes, and procedures. Collect and provide data as requested from D365. Proficiently manage Change Management and ERP systems. Perform multiple tasks in the assembly of EGMs, including Final Inspection. Conduct visual and functional checks/tests to ensure high-quality standards are maintained. Apply 6S Manufacturing concepts effectively. Occasionally visit customer sites to gather data, feedback, and identify improvement opportunities. Conduct simple and comprehensive tests on completed items to ensure satisfactory performance. Perform and maintain accurate transactions in D365. Scrub order entries for readiness and accuracy. Actively seek feedback from internal and external business entities to implement improvements. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For
Ability to adapt to other Manufacturing and warehouse areas as priorities mandate. Prior experience with electronic circuits and components (AC/DC), and standard industry workmanship practices is desired. Extensive background in computer and electronics problem-solving is desirable. Proficiency with standard hand tools. Experience with ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protocols is desirable. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Competence in using a multi-meter for basic measurements is required. Requires a High School diploma or equivalent experience. Candidates with a background in electro-mechanical assembly and testing for at least 2 years are preferred. Why Aristocrat?

Pay Range $19.92 - $36.99 per hour
Our goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
