Job Title: Construction Estimator Location: Englewood, CO, US (Important: On-site role at this location) Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to join our team in Englewood, CO . We are looking for Division 9 candidates ONLY for this position. This role is essential in supporting business development and project planning by preparing accurate cost estimates, performing quantity takeoffs, collaborating with vendors, and assisting with proposals. The ideal candidate has strong construction knowledge, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Read and interpret construction plans and specifications to determine project requirements Request and evaluate material and equipment pricing from vendors and suppliers Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates and comprehensive proposals Perform quantity takeoffs and review for accuracy Collaborate with vendors on pricing and product specifications Communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify project scope Document all project-related communications and maintain records Complete bid checklists, summaries, and preliminary project schedules Support management with final presentations as needed Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships Attend project site visits and meetings as assigned Manage project-related documents, including use of estimating software Prepare reports for management as directed Qualifications

3-5 years of experience as a construction estimator Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong understanding of construction plans, specifications, and details Competence in business math and estimating time and materials Knowledge of commercial construction terms and procedures High School Diploma or equivalent required Preferred: Project management experience in drywall, flooring, or specialty construction Preferred: Experience with takeoff software Preferred: College degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Preferred: Field experience as a subcontractor in construction Preferred: Experience with Sage 100 software Would consider 3 years if their background is within Division 9 experience. Compensation & Benefits
