Patient Care Technician - Portland, OR

- Shift: 5 x 8hr; Thursday - Monday DAYS
- Ratios: 1:15-25
- Years of Experience REQ: 1 year of prior experience working with seniors required

- Weekend REQ: Every weekend

- Will this traveler need to float between like units?: No
- Open to accommodating block schedule?: Yes
- Locals Accepted: Yes; Considered "local" within 50 mile radius, will accept locals at the same rate
- Pending License Accepted: *No License is required for this role*
- RTO Restrictions: Confirm with hiring manager
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off traveler UP TO 1 shift per pay period (every 2 weeks)
Special Requirements - Traveler is expected to have reliable transportation and no additional scheduling restrictions. All travel pairs will be required to have their own transportation. - QuickMAR experience preferred but not required
Daily Responsibilities - Assists as needed in providing or assisting geriatric participants/residents with personal care including but not limited to: bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming with minimal support and supervision. - Schedules and coordinates tasks to be performed by other PCTs, in cooperation with other housing and clinic staff. - Participates in participant/resident orientation to the ElderPlace facility - Provides input and information for service/care plans
