Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have familiarity in the field, have a strong background in blueprint reading, and planhub. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies through effective account management.
Identify new business opportunities through planhub.
Monitor all bid inquiries that come through and pursue the ones that make sense for the business.
Collaborate with the management team to facilitate project timelines.
Utilize Builder Prime to track sales progress, manage customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
Provide estimates in a timely manner.
Requirements
Proven experience in blueprint reading
Strong account management skills with a focus on building long-term client relationships so we are offered repeat bids.
Excellent negotiation abilities and a track record of closing deals successfully.
Proficient in using planhub and other commercial bidding sites.
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service excellence.
Ability to work independently
