USPI Hill Country Ambulatory Surgery Center
is seeking a motivated
Front Desk Receptionist
to join our team. We have 1 OR room and 3 Procedure rooms. We perform outpatient surgical procedures in Gastroenterology.
Position requires weekdays only -- no holidays, weekends, or call.
Some early mornings and later evenings may be required; schedule subject to change based on surgical schedule and flow of the day.
Job Summary:
The **** Front Desk Receptionist interfaces with patients and families, physicians and staff; Admit patients and process their paperwork; Update patient demographics/information in system; Collect monies due and document in the billing system; Handle funds per office procedure. Answer incoming phone calls.

Required Skills
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent.
1-3 years medical receptionist experience
Must have the skills necessary to operate office equipment that are required to fulfill job duties.
Forty-five (45) wpm typing skills required.
Medical terminology and computer experience beneficial.
Bilingual preferred.
Good communication skills.
