Job Description

The Principal RF Engineer will be responsible for designing from concept through prototype development, production, and testing. This role involves direct communication with customers to define operational requirements, and developing test procedures for RF and environmental testing.

The RF engineer will manage multiple custom projects, support, and help expand product offerings through innovation in RF technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead design and development through all phases including testing and production. Collaborate with customers to identify and meet operational requirements. Develop and execute test concepts and procedures for RF and environmental testing. Drive proposal creation, including technical design, cost estimation, and schedule management. Manage multiple unique projects and develop task-level requirements from system specifications. The Successful Applicant

The ideal Principal RF Engineer candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field, with advanced degrees preferred, and over 10 years of experience in RF component design and testing. Expertise simulation tools as well.

Key Qualifications:

BS in Electrical Engineering or related discipline; Master's or PhD preferred. 10+ years of experience in RF component design and testing. High proficiency in HFSS, ADS, MATLAB, or similar simulation tools. Ability to obtain and maintain DoD SECRET clearance; existing clearance preferred. Strong communication, project management, and leadership skills. What's on Offer
